Creative plating design and helping in the kitchen

Job Description

Duties include:

• Assist the chef in completing the fine processing and pre-preparation of the dishes to ensure the freshness of the ingredients and the processing standards meet the restaurant's requirements;

• Responsible for the final plating and visual design of the dishes, combining Chu cuisine characteristics and modern aesthetics, creating a presentation effect that is both recognizable and artistic, and enhancing customers’ dining experience;

• Strictly follow the HACCP food safety standard, keep the work area clean and orderly, and ensure the health and safety of the plating process;

• Familiar with various food properties and cooking techniques, able to adjust the arrangement of dishes according to their taste and temperature, ensuring visual and gustatory harmony;

• Follow up on dining design trends, collect industry excellent cases, continuously optimize their own plating skills and creative thinking, and help restaurants differentiate their menu items;
