[Job Responsibilities]
1. Front desk reception and customer service: Responsible for visitor reception, environment introduction, telephone and query processing, daily customer relationship maintenance, handling customer opinions and follow-up;
2. Leasing and Administrative Document Processing: Follow up on rent collection, bank deposit, renewal, and eviction procedures, and be responsible for contract and file management;
3. Site management and facility maintenance: Responsible for office environment and model room maintenance, handling facility repairs and maintenance, and ensuring site normal operation.
4. Compliance and support work: Cooperate with various government departments in their inspections, assist in handling various administrative and compliance matters, and support the daily operation of the center.
5. Other work tasks assigned by superiors;
[Job Qualifications]
1. Secondary five education or above, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and with English reading and writing abilities;
2. Familiar with computer operations, able to use office software to process and report business data;
3. Work actively and proactively, with good communication skills, customer service awareness, stress resistance, and team spirit;
4. Have experience in co-working spaces, real estate industry, hotels, etc. customer service industry;
[Salary and benefits]
1. Salary: base salary of 13-15k (specifically negotiable)
2. Work hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00, 8-hour work schedule, weekend double pay;
