Anytime Fitness Club Assistant / Receptionist (Siu Sai Bay branch)

Job Title: Anytime Fitness Gym Assistant / Receptionist (Siu Sai Bay)
Job Responsibilities:

• Greet members and visiting guests with a professional, friendly, and proactive attitude, providing clear and detailed tours of the club facilities and membership options

• Answer incoming calls, record messages; accurately respond to various inquiries, including membership terms, opening hours, course arrangements and facility usage details

• Continuously collect member opinions and feedback, assist in improving service quality and member satisfaction, and establish a long-term and stable customer relationship

• Regularly inspect the site to ensure that fitness equipment is operating normally, the environment is clean and orderly, and daily maintenance and cleaning are carried out according to standards

• Handle daily administrative affairs, including contract file processing, member data update, membership application follow-up, and other administrative support work

• Support the general manager and the team, flexibly support special projects, event preparation and club operation related temporary tasks

Work requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of customer service, reception or fitness industry-related work experience, with a preference for spa or retail service background

• Fluent Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin communication skills, able to write clear and concise Chinese and English written information

• Have good communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, and be able to maintain a positive attitude and high sense of responsibility in a busy environment

• Familiar with basic computer operations (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email system), with document processing and multitasking abilities

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local employment qualifications

• Working 5.5 days per week, from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with specific work days negotiable
