AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our innovative team. You will play a pivotal role in advancing our projects by developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions in Generative AI and Agentic AI. Your expertise in embedding strategies, RAG, and open-source LLMs will be crucial in building intelligent, scalable, and effective AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & implement advanced embedding techniques to optimize the performance and accuracy of our generative AI models.

• Develop and deploy Agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to create autonomous, task-driven systems.

• Build and manage a centralized prompt library, establishing a feedback loop for continuous testing, refinement, and optimization of prompts.

• Fine-tune and adapt large language models (LLMs), with specific focus on open-source models like Qwen, Llama, and Mistral.

• Oversee data tagging and labeling pipelines to ensure the generation of high-quality, reliable datasets for model training and insight generation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 4-5 years of professional experience in machine learning or AI, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries.

• Practical experience with LangChain (or similar frameworks) for building LLM applications.

• Proven ability to deploy and manage AI solutions in both cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-premise environments.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating practical solutions to complex technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ethical AI principles, including mitigation strategies for bias and misinformation.

• Hands-on experience with specialized data tagging and labeling tools and platforms.
