Job Description
Job Position: Freelance Brand Care Consultant (Licensing Consultant)
Professional consultation and strategy: Analyze the required license types for customers (such as: restaurant license, factory canteen, secondary/tertiary small-scale engineering, SFC 1/4/9 license, etc.), interpret applicable regulations and develop application strategies.
On-site inspection and compliance evaluation: Accompany customers to inspect the site, evaluate whether the ventilation, fire protection, structure or office layout meets the technical requirements of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, the Buildings Department or the Securities and Futures Commission, etc.
Feasibility report: Based on the overall site conditions and business model, propose a feasible implementation plan, and predict the approval risks and timeline.
Full program follow-up: Responsible for file preparation, submission, and reply to supplementary information, and representing customers to communicate and coordinate with government departments (FEHD, EMSD, BD, SFC, etc.) until a formal license is issued.
Customer Relationship Management: Instantly answer customer inquiries in fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, providing professional and warm service experiences.
Work requirements:
Have 1 to 3 years of relevant industry license application, compliance consulting or government affairs follow-up experience, familiar with license application in only one industry is also acceptable.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, able to independently write Chinese and English application documents, emails and reporting presentations, with cross-lingual communication and coordination skills.
Understand the basic operating modes and common compliance requirements of the catering, engineering or financial industry, those with basic knowledge of the Food Industry Ordinance, Building Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance, etc. are especially recommended.
Have a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail, be able to handle multiple client cases at the same time, complete each stage of the task on time, and proactively predict potential approval obstacles and corresponding solutions.
Salary:
Customer sources are provided by the company, and the salary structure adopts a case-by-case phased payment mode, with the split ratio depending on the license type. The total contract amount is30% - 50% (depending on project difficulty)
