Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the design and development of financial trading systems, using Python, C++, or other financial programming languages to implement quantitative trading strategies and algorithmic trading modules.
Design, build and maintain a high-frequency, low-latency trading execution engine and risk management interface according to project requirements.
Integrate real-time market data (such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv or exchange API), perform data cleaning, structured storage and real-time processing.
Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to translate mathematical models and trading logic into deployable, verifiable production-level code, and support backtesting and live trading validation processes.
Execute delivery based on project-based (Project-based) execution, including requirement analysis, technical specification writing, unit testing, version control (Git) and file archiving, ensuring code quality and compliance.

Work requirements

Have a bachelor's degree or above from domestic and foreign universities, majoring in information engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, financial engineering or related disciplines; a master's degree is preferred.
Proficient in at least one financial programming language (such as Python with NumPy/Pandas/Backtrader/Zipline; or C++/Java), those with actual development experience in trading systems or strategy modules are preferred.
Understand basic financial products (stocks, futures, options, bonds) and trading mechanisms (such as order types, matching rules, settlement processes), and those with securities/futures-related certificates (such as securities analysts, futures business representatives) are given additional points.
Have database operations skills (SQL / PostgreSQL / In-memory DB), familiar with RESTful API chaining, multi-threading/synchronization processing, and basic network communication principles.
Emphasize code discipline and team collaboration, be able to independently complete project phase tasks, and also be able to cooperate with cross-functional teams (research, operations, compliance) for communication and adjustment.
