Luxury store sales

[Job Description]:

1. Sales work: Break down personal sales targets, achieve sales performance, and take necessary measures and means/auxiliary tools (Little Red Book/WeChat Mall) to increase sales;

2. Merchandise Management: Participate in VM display and exhibition, as well as the reorganization of new and old products;

3. Single-store activities: Execute suitable single-store activities to attract new customers, old customers to repurchase, increase customer in-store rate, repurchase rate, and sales;

4. Customer Relationship Management: Daily recruitment, VIP customer data management and maintenance, in-depth communication and interaction with customers, solving customer problems, improving service quality, and establishing a loyalty customer program;

5. Store environment management: Conduct store cleaning and dusting shifts, effectively supervise environmental cleaning, and continuously propose higher ideas for environmental/air fragrancing to enhance customer experience;

[Job Requirements]:

1. More than 3 years of high-end fashion/apparel brand company, those with international luxury sales experience are preferred, those with luxury customer resources are preferred;

2.25-35 years old, good image and temperament, good body and figure, female height 165CM/ male height 170CM, good professional ethics;

3. Outgoing personality, warm smile, good at communicating with people, quick response, standard Mandarin, and clear diction;

4. Passionate about retail, good at data analysis, daily communication and exchange, and proactive in pushing for results;

5. Strong team spirit and driving force, cohesiveness, leadership, and learning ability.
