Job Description

Responsibilities:

To overview project operations and site coordination works and attending site meeting
To prepare documents of drawing, material submissions and work schedules
To liaise with contractors and sub-contractors
To assist Project Manager on design, tendering, budget estimation and procument

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma/ Higher Certificate holder in electrical or Building Services Engineering
Knowledge of government requirements (Hyd, EMSD, MTRC.) or experienced in managing sites of new residential buildings
4 years’ relevant working experience, candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Engineer
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in CAD drawing
Registered Electrical Worker in Grade A or B will be an advantage.
