Responsible for managing company and bank account relationships, maintaining good relationships and communication with bank relationship managers.
Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) are prepared, and internal and external audits are conducted;
Assist in completing the statutory declaration work under the Hong Kong Company Ordinance and Taxation Ordinance, including the preparation of the profit tax return form (BIR57) and related subsidiary documents;
Support financial analysis and budget follow-up, regularly provide summary of operational financial data, and assist management in understanding business financial status;
Collaborate across departments for communication, handling accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, fixed asset registration, etc. basic financial operations.
Work requirements
Have basic accounting knowledge, familiar with Hong Kong Accounting Standards (HKFRS) and the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, and ambitious to develop long-term in the field of financial accounting;
Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese and Mandarin for daily interactions, with good English reading and writing abilities, and able to independently read and write financial documents.
Proficient in mainstream accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Xero or local commonly used systems) and Microsoft Excel (including basic functions and data sorting functions);
Responsibility and attention to detail, ability to complete cyclical financial settlements on time, and adapt to a steady and orderly work rhythm.
