We help buyers, tenants and agents match faster with verified listings, AI assistants and data-driven content.</p><p></p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li>Own the SEO roadmap: technical audits, site architecture, internal linking, CWV, crawl budget, log analysis, and indexation strategy</li><li>Build & scale <strong>programmatic SEO</strong> for districts/estates/school nets/MTR hubs; design templates and guardrails for high-quality, non-duplicate output</li><li>Lead <strong>AEO/GEO</strong> content strategy (answer-engine & generative search readiness): FAQs, snippets, entities, topical maps, E-E-A-T signals</li><li>Implement/maintain <strong>structured data</strong> (e.g., RealEstateListing, Residence, Organization, BreadcrumbList), canonical and robots strategy</li><li>Partner with product/engineering on sitemaps, CWV/LCP/INP, hreflang, and CMS workflows; set SEO acceptance criteria for releases</li><li>Plan & measure growth KPIs: non-brand clicks, index coverage, Top-10 share, conversions (WhatsApp/lead events), and content ROI dashboards (GA4 + GSC)</li><li>Manage vendors/freelancers (writers, outreach) and light link-earning/digital PR within brand safety guidelines</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></p><ul><li>4–8 years’ SEO experience with measurable wins in HK or APAC; in-house marketplace/e-commerce/vertical portal a plus</li><li>Strong <strong>technical SEO</strong> (JS apps, CWV, rendering, logs, canonicals, pagination, faceted navigation)</li><li>Hands-on with <strong>programmatic SEO</strong> & content systems at 1,000+ page scale</li><li>Analytics stack: GA4, GSC, GTag/GTManager; comfort with Looker/BigQuery or similar</li><li>Excellent written Chinese (Traditional) and workable English</li><li>Bonus: real-estate domain knowledge; schema expertise; AI-assisted editorial workflows; CRO/landing experimentation</li></ul><p><strong>Success metrics (first 90 days)</strong></p><ul><li>Ship a <strong>sitewide technical audit</strong> + fix plan; raise valid indexed pages and reduce duplicate/canonical issues</li><li>Launch <strong>district/estate programmatic v1</strong> (templates + content QA)</li><li>Improve <strong>non-brand clicks +20–30%</strong> QoQ (like-for-like) and <strong>Top-10 keywords +15%</strong></li><li>Stand up a weekly <strong>SEO scorecard</strong> (crawl health, CWV, coverage, rankings, leads)</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base (<strong>HK$55K–70K</strong>) + bonus</li><li>Modern tool stack, fast-decision culture</li><li>Ownership: lead SEO as a core growth lever in a VC-backed PropTech</li></ul><p><strong>How to apply</strong></p><ul><li>Apply via OfferToday and <strong>start a chat</strong> with us (attach CV/portfolio of SEO case studies), or share GSC/GA snapshots demonstrating impact.</li></ul>
