客戶服務主任 (夜班) - 沙田區

Position:

- Answer general customer inquiries and properly handle customer complaints, and strive to provide satisfactory service to customers

- Take advantage of opportunities to promote company products/services or follow up on renewal matters in phone calls, emails, online conversations, and social media

- Observe and follow up the work process and rules of the telephone hotline center

Requirements:

- Secondary School Entrance Examination/Secondary School Diploma or above

- Have good communication and problem-solving skills

- Able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English

- Basic computer skills are preferred

- Working hours: 15:00 - 00:00

- Work location: Shatin
