Job Description
Duties include:<br><br>1. Customer consultation and problem solving: By dialing and answering the phone, efficiently and professionally answer customer inquiries about products, services and accounts of various types, and accurately record customer needs. <br><br>3. Business processing and support: Assist customers in completing online business processing, information changes, order inquiries and tracking operations. <br>4. Information transfer and feedback: Accurately record customer feedback on suggestions, complaints and needs, and summarize and submit them regularly to relevant departments as a basis for product and service optimization.<br>5. Knowledge base maintenance: Learn and master the latest information about company products and services, and actively participate in the optimization and update of the knowledge base.<br>6. Team collaboration: Work closely with team members and relevant departments to achieve team performance goals.<br><br>Job Requirements<br><br>Requirements:<br><br><br>2. Communication skills: Standard Mandarin is fluent and clear, with excellent language expression and listening abilities.<br>3. Service awareness: Have strong customer service awareness, patience and empathy, and be able to think from the customer's perspective.<br>4. Adaptability: Quick thinking, with good adaptability and stress resistance, able to handle various emergencies and customer objections properly.<br>5. Basic skills: Have proficient computer operation skills, be able to quickly learn and use various office and customer service systems.<br>6. Candidates with call center, customer service, or telemarketing experience are preferred.<br>2. Familiar with the financial industry or those with relevant product knowledge are preferred.<br>3.
