Food production worker

Responsible for all food production operations, including raw material preparation, mixing, cooking, packaging, and quality control, to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Daily on-time attendance, full participation in the assigned shift (morning, noon, evening or overnight), no unauthorized absences or early departures, and maintaining a stable attendance record.

Proactively assist colleagues in completing shared tasks, maintain a high work efficiency during peak traffic periods, and continuously optimize personal operation fluency and accuracy.

Regularly clean and maintain the equipment and work area used, implement the "5S" on-site management principle, and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production environment.

Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong

Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to understand oral instructions and simple written signs; those who understand Mandarin are given priority.

No academic qualifications or relevant work experience is required, and newcomers are welcome to apply; but they must demonstrate a sense of responsibility, a willingness to learn, and a hard-working spirit.

Good physical fitness, able to stand for long periods of time and handle medium-weight materials, and able to adapt to different shift physical fitness needs.

Prioritise food hygiene, and be willing to undergo basic food safety training before and during employment (such as the basic content of the "food safety certificate").
