Online store warehouse clerk

- Follow up on customer orders, handle post-purchase logistics and delivery services

- Responsible for order delivery arrangements, tracking delivery progress and resolving customer delivery problems

- Assist the supervisor with other assigned tasks Patience, good communication skills, and team spirit, proactive and able to complete tasks independently

- Understand Chinese input method and familiar with computer operations including Microsoft words/excel/google sheet

Working location: Queung Shui Work hours: 9 hours a day, 6 days a week
