Job Title: Business Sales Support
Job Responsibilities:

• Order and contract management: Assist sales personnel in handling customer inquiries, creating quotation forms, and drafting sales contracts, and then establish, update, and track the entire order process within the internal system to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

• Logistics and delivery coordination: closely monitor building materials inventory status, proactively contact warehouse and logistics departments, arrange for car trips, delivery schedules and logistics document preparation, and ensure products are delivered on time and safely to construction sites or designated customer endpoints.

• Sample Management: Coordinate the entry and exit of building materials samples, classify and catalog them, maintain their status, and handle shipping operations to support business teams in quickly obtaining the physical samples they need for customer proposals and technical explanations.

• Cross-department collaboration: Serve as a key interface between business and finance, procurement, warehousing, logistics and other units, and coordinate to complete invoice verification, accounts receivable tracking, payment processing, and confirmation of special specifications building materials supply schedule and abnormal reporting.

• Sales data and administrative support: Regularly consolidate sales reports, performance achievement analysis, and customer interaction records; maintain and update customer basic information, contact history, and requirement notes in the CRM system; and execute other administrative and project support tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Education and experience: Bachelor's degree (including) or above, business management, corporate management, marketing, civil engineering, and architecture-related majors are especially good; with 1 to 3 years of business assistant, sales support, customer service, or B2B industry administrative support work experience.

• Industry background: Those with construction materials, construction, interior design, engineering consulting or related B2B supply chain field experience are preferred, as they can quickly understand product characteristics, construction processes and customer decision-making points.

• Language skills: Fluent Cantonese (essential), good Mandarin and basic English reading and writing abilities, and able to handle bilingual exchange emails and documents.

• Personal traits: Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and sensitivity to numbers; proactive communication awareness and cross-departmental coordination flexibility; able to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment, and independently judge and effectively push forward problem solving.

• Working qualifications: Must meet the legal working qualifications in Hong Kong, accept Hong Kong permanent residents, high-end talent pass (TTPS), outstanding talent/specialist plan (QMAS), non-local graduate Hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG), dependent visa or other valid work permit applicants.

Benefits:

• Monthly salary range: HKD$18,000 – $27,000 (depending on experience and ability)

• Working location: Yau Ma Tei Mody Road 430-436, Mody Business Building

• Working hours: 5 days per week, standard office hours
