Job Description

Reporting to C&B Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our payroll and benefits operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to gain exposure to listed company structures and cross-border human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration: Assist in end-to-end monthly payroll processing, MPF contributions, and tax filings for Hong Kong operations.

  • China Payroll Support: Handle Mainland China payroll, social security (Five Insurances), and Housing Fund calculations, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws.

  • Commission & Attendance: Manage staff attendance records and assist in calculating performance-based commissions/incentives (specific to the medical beauty/retail sector).

  • Data Management: Maintain and update the HR Information System to ensure all employee records are accurate and confidential.

  • C&B Projects: Support annual salary surveys, insurance renewals, and the implementation of regional benefits programs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant HR experience. Direct experience in handling Mainland China payroll/taxation is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (specifically VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) is essential.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the Employment Ordinance (HK) and a basic understanding of PRC Labor Contract Law.

  • Attributes: High level of integrity, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, listed company environment.

  • Industry Background: Previous experience in Medical Beauty, Retail, or FMCG is an advantage.
