Project Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the team in writing and organizing project-related documents, including presentations, solution descriptions, and reports

• Responsible for customer data processing, content proofreading, and file updates

• Support project progress follow-up, assist in arranging meetings and recording key points

• Communicate with internal teams to ensure project files are accurate and completed on time

• Participate in different projects, assist the company in project and customer service-related operations

Position requirements

• College degree or above, majoring in liberal arts, business, finance or related subjects is preferred

• Good Chinese writing skills (Traditional), basic English reading comprehension is even better

• Familiar with MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint

• Careful and responsible, with good communication skills

• Welcome fresh graduates or career changers to apply (on-the-job training will be provided)

Working hours

• Five days work (Monday to Friday)
