Electric motor technician - work in Tseung Kwan O

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily maintenance, repair and regular inspection of public electrical equipment such as the building power supply system, boiler, air compressor, odor eliminator, water supply system and sewage treatment system;

• Participate in various types of production equipment and special equipment power supply engineering, including on-site construction, circuit connection, functional testing and complete work record;

• Perform basic electrical fault diagnosis, replace damaged components, and accurately fill out maintenance records to ensure that all operations comply with the Electricity Act and relevant safety standards.

Work requirements

• Have a diploma or above in electrical, motor or building equipment engineering;

• Familiar with basic electrical operations, building power supply systems and common public utilities electrical maintenance procedures;

• Able to correctly read electrical schematics and be familiar with using a multimeter, insulation resistance tester, and other common electrical instruments for measurement and diagnosis;

• Responsibility and compliance awareness, able to cooperate with emergency maintenance arrangements and respond immediately to on-site work instructions;

• Able to communicate in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin reading and writing abilities;
