Part-time cleaner

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the thorough cleaning, disinfection, and repositioning of baking tools (including baking pans, mixing bowls, molds, and egg beaters), ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards.

• Daily clean up of the baking factory and public areas, including floor mopping, counter wiping, garbage removal, trash can disinfection, and drain cleaning.

• Regularly clean storage cabinets, refrigerators, and equipment surfaces, removing residual dust, oil stains, and sugar stains to ensure food safety and operational safety.

Work requirements

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, in order to effectively collaborate with the team and supervisor.

• No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome newcomers to apply; but you must have a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn standardized cleaning procedures.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong or hold a valid work visa/permit, and be able to attend the Kowloon Bay site.

• Can be adjusted to fit shift arrangements, with flexible negotiation of working days per week, daily working hours from 9 am to 4 pm (a total of 7 hours), including reasonable rest breaks.

• Have basic physical load-bearing ability, be able to stand for a long time, bend and move medium-weight cleaning tools and empty tools, pay attention to personal hygiene and neat appearance.
