Accounting Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries,monitor cash flow trends, bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable documentation.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS).

• Support internal and external audit processes by organizing supporting documents and responding to auditor inquiries in a timely manner.

• Process payroll data, statutory contributions (e.g., MPF), and tax filings (e.g., salaries tax submissions) under supervision.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper financial controls, timely reporting, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma of Secondary School or equivalent; diploma in accounting is essential.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or reporting within a Hong Kong-based organization.

• Proficiency in Cantonese (mandatory), with working ability in both English and Mandarin for internal communication and documentation.

• Familiarity with common accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Hong Kong Permanent Resident status required; candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship.
