Location: Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales initiatives targeting cross-border e-commerce merchants and FBA supply chain customers.

• Promote Yun Express logistics solutions originating from both China and Hong Kong.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while expanding new business opportunities.

• Understand customer needs, especially regarding the latest U.S. customs policies, and offer tailored logistics solutions.

• Coordinate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Prepare sales reports, customer insights, and market analysis regularly.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience in the express or logistics industry (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, or similar B2B background preferred).

• Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce logistics, particularly FBA supply chain operations.

• Good communication, negotiation, and account management skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, capable of working independently

• Strong, independent problem-solving skills are a msut.

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).

• Willingness to travel and adaptability to flexible working hours.
