FunKids Sports Association – Happy Children's Sports Association "(referred to as – FunKids)" is dedicated to promoting children's sports development, creating a rich and colorful sports environment for children, inspiring and guiding children to dare to challenge themselves, and cultivating children's sports talent and self-confidence. We firmly believe that every child has infinite potential, just waiting to be discovered and polished.
FunKids is dedicated to expanding the local population participating in sports through the organization of lively children and parent-child competitions and activities, as well as regular training courses. Early understanding and early training allow young children to come into contact with our former Hong Kong team and professional coaching staff, learn and grow.
Responsibilities
Responsible for teaching tennis courses of different ages and levels (including children's classes/teenage classes as the main focus).
Responsible for designing and arranging systematic training materials and course content based on students’ progress and needs.
Maintain good communication with students or parents, regularly follow up and provide feedback on students’ learning progress.
Ensure classroom safety, maintain good teaching order and sports spirit.
Position requirements (Requirements)
Have 3 years or more of tennis teaching experience (with former Hong Kong team, academic representative or overseas study teaching experience, those with teaching experience will be given priority)
Have good communication skills, teaching enthusiasm, punctuality, and sense of responsibility.
Able to speak fluent Cantonese, with basic English or Mandarin communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
Pay model: Flexible payment system (split by class or by student headcount).
Disbursement ratio: Depending on the coach's qualifications and cooperation mode.
Working hours: By mutual agreement
Working location: Tennis courts in all districts of Hong Kong
