Project progress tracking, meeting minutes, file version control, supplier and internal resource coordination
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for full life cycle project progress tracking and milestone monitoring, regular compilation and updating of project status reports, and ensuring timely delivery of each stage
Host and coordinate cross-departmental project meetings, write clear and accurate meeting minutes, and clarify follow-up tasks, responsible persons and completion deadlines
Coordinate project file management, implement version control mechanism, and ensure that all contracts, specifications, change orders, and other key documents are traceable and consistent
As a liaison window, coordinate suppliers' delivery progress, quality acceptance and problem handling, while integrating internal design, engineering, procurement and other resources to promote high-efficiency task implementation
Support project initiation, closure and mid-term review, etc. key stages, assist in preparing presentation materials, risk lists and decision-making basis documents
Requirements:
Have basic project management concepts, familiar with WBS, Gantt charts or common tracking tools (such as Excel, MS Project, Trello, etc.)
Fluent in Cantonese, able to express clearly in writing and speech, with good communication and coordination skills and proactive problem-solving awareness
Careful and cautious, with a strong sense of responsibility and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy
Education level is not limited, no need for relevant work experience; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply, the company provides on-the-job training
Must hold a valid Hong Kong residency qualification, and meet the following visa categories: Hong Kong permanent residency, Talent Immigration Scheme, Quality Immigration Scheme, IANG, Dependent visa or other legal work permit
