Job Responsibilities
- Lead the full case management cycle, including preliminary qualification evaluation, application strategy formulation, document collection and sorting, Chinese and English application letters and statement of purpose writing, submission and follow-up, and interview coaching.
- Closely follow the Hong Kong Immigration Department's latest policy dynamics and approval trends, adjust the service process and advice content in a timely manner, and ensure application compliance and success rate.
Work requirements
- Holding a master's degree or above from a Hong Kong university, or currently pursuing a graduate course in Hong Kong, with solid local academic and life experiences, familiar with the Hong Kong education system, social environment and public service procedures.
- Have excellent Chinese and English bilingual skills (Cantonese as the daily communication language), be able to write professional application essays fluently, logically clear, and accurately expressed, with no grammar or formatting errors.
- Proficient in cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration, able to efficiently cooperate with lawyers, accountants, education institutions and overseas partners to enhance overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
