Director of Development

1. Act as the overall business responsible person of the company, coordinate the whole process of business management, business development and annual goal achievement, and finally be responsible for the company's revenue, profit, cash flow and project delivery.

3. Coordinate market development and brand building, expand key customers such as data center operators, real estate groups, government departments, public institutions, and large enterprises, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships.

5. Responsible for the entire process from bidding to acceptance, monitoring the preparation of project proposals, project financial control, and late-stage project payments to ensure compliance and high efficiency.

6. Responsible for supply chain and procurement management, optimize equipment, materials and outsourcing cooperation system, control costs, ensure delivery and enhance overall service competitiveness.

7. Follow industry technology trends and policies (data centers, new energy, EV charging, green power, smart infrastructure), and promote company technology upgrading and service innovation.

9. Regularly report to the board of directors on business operations, financial data, project progress and development planning, and propose key decision-making suggestions.
