電商物流助理（兼職）

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling e-commerce platform orders, including placing orders with suppliers, verifying product quantities and inspecting goods for storage;

• Responsible for sorting, classifying, packaging and attaching express labels to ensure accurate and timely delivery;

• Make and print packaging materials (such as paper box labels, internal instructions, etc.), and maintain a clean and orderly packaging area;

• Handle English order data input, system updates, and basic logistics file sorting to ensure information is clear and traceable;

• Co-ordinate and push forward daily delivery processes, including arranging express delivery, recording the time of dispatch and following up on the logistics status (not involving customer sales or complaint handling).

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (such as filling out forms, simple addition, sorting), and basic computer operations and Internet application skills;

• Applicants with e-commerce warehouse management, packaging, logistics assistant or related part-time work experience are preferred, housewives and students are also welcome to apply;

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, holding a dependent visa, or a qualified person who can accept assistance from an employer in obtaining a work visa.
