Working range:

• Handle a group of single-story residential and industrial buildings' property management and customer service work

• Supervise front-line employees’ work

• General administrative work and report writing

• Assist the building management corporation in handling daily building management work

Requirements:

• 1 year or above relevant work experience

• Preference will be given to those with a property management license (second level)

• Work carefully

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Patience

• Customer first

• Occasionally need to work overtime / attend community association meetings in the evening

Working hours:

• 5.5 days (long and short weeks)

• Monday to Friday: 09:30 to 17:45
  Saturday: 09:30 to 12:45

Working location:

• Office building: Kowloon (3 minutes direct to MTR station)

• Responsible for single-family homes and industrial buildings

Salary and benefits:

• 7 days annual leave

• Bank holidays
