Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer
Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring all logistics details are handled efficiently
Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives
Manage and oversee all aspects of office maintenance, renovations, relocations, and related matters
Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and smooth operation
Timely renewal of licenses, manage and execute administrative tasks related to licensing and contracting
Handle sensitive matters and documents with a high degree of confidentiality
Assist in planning and executing corporate events and activities
Assist in overseeing employee benefits programs, including birthday celebrations and collaborate on staff engagement activities
Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Tertiary education in Business Administration or a related discipline
5 years relevant working experience
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Detail-minded, with good planning and organisational skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficient in MS Office applications
