R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and design of electronic products, circuit analysis and system integration, and improving product performance and stability

• Collaborate with the team to complete the full project from concept development to mass production, ensuring research and development progress and quality meet the standards

• Develop innovative solutions for electronic industry application needs, and conduct technical validation and testing

• Support mainland China's Zhejiang headquarters for technical exchange and project cooperation, travel to the site as needed and provide on-site technical support

• Write technical documents, test reports and project records to ensure that the R&D process meets the standards and is traceable

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree, majoring in electronic engineering, power engineering or related fields, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the electronics industry

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with good cross-regional collaboration skills

• Can travel to the mainland Chinese headquarters in Zhejiang province to meet business needs, with a flexible work location
