Marketing Executive – Xiaohongshu Specialist (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow our Xiaohongshu (RedNote) account as the primary focus: create authentic lifestyle notes, product reviews, outfit inspirations, and educational content around timeless fashion, linen/silk care, and French-inspired elegance.

• Develop content strategies tailored to Xiaohongshu algorithms: high-quality photos/videos, engaging captions, hashtags, and community interaction to drive saves, comments, and brand trust.

• Plan and execute KOL/influencer collaborations on Xiaohongshu (micro to mid-level KOLs in fashion/lifestyle).

• Support Instagram content (Reels, Stories, Shopping tags) for The Seengles line, with bilingual English/Mandarin posts.

• Monitor trends, analyze performance (engagement, ROI, saves), and optimize content for mainland Chinese tourists and locals.

• Assist with in-store events, UGC collection, and cross-platform promotion (WeChat, Douyin if needed).

• Handle ad hoc marketing tasks to support overall brand growth.
