Training class promotion officer

Job Responsibilities

• According to the supervisor's instructions, carry out outdoor on-site promotion tasks in designated areas such as Shang Shui, Fong Ling, Dapu, Wan Chai, and Shang Yuan, including distributing training class promotional leaflets and experience gifts.

• Coordinate with the center's activity rhythm, flexibly shift between day and night shifts, working 4 to 8 hours a day, and actual scheduling is based on promotion needs and personal availability for negotiation.

• Instantly record on-site interaction situations, including customer question highlights, common concerns, interest orientation, and initial intentions, and report key feedback and initial results to the supervisor orally or by text message after each task is completed.

Work requirements

• Fluent in Cantonese (must be the main communication language), with basic English and Mandarin conversational skills, and able to handle simple inquiries and information transfer.

• No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome students, part-time workers, job changers and retired people to apply; those with education promotion, retail service or sports-related experience are especially welcome.

• Must hold valid Hong Kong residency qualifications and accept the following identities: Hong Kong permanent resident, Top Talent Pass (TTPS), Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), Non-local Graduates Hong Kong/Return Employment Arrangement (IANG), Dependent visa or other legal work visa.
