Senior Business Director

Lead the development and execution of the company's overall business strategy, focusing on medium and long-term revenue growth, market share improvement and business model optimization, ensuring that the strategy is highly consistent with the company's vision and annual goals.

As the core external window of the company, establish and continuously deepen high-trust relationships with key customers, strategic partners and government/industry associations, and actively explore diversified business opportunities such as joint marketing, channel expansion and ecological co-building.

Completely responsible for the organizational building and talent development of the business team, covering recruitment and selection, goal setting, performance feedback, ability modeling, and succession planning; through regular one-on-one coaching, cross-functional empowerment workshops and results-oriented incentive mechanisms, continuously improve the team's professional ability and execution ability.

Coordinate and integrate market, product, operations and financial resources across departments, promote end-to-end business process standardization and agility, ensure resource matching, timeliness and compliance consistency in the strategy implementation process, and regularly report business progress, risk warnings and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
