Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the day or night security of Huale House residential property to ensure community safety and order.
Execute patrol tasks and regularly inspect the building entrances, parking lot, public facilities, etc. in key areas.
Register visitor information, manage entry and exit permits, and assist in handling sudden security events.
Monitor closed-circuit television systems and alarm devices, and immediately report any abnormalities.
As an administrator, co-ordinate the handling of resident inquiries, complaints and general property management support matters.

Work requirements

Age between 21 and 55, healthy and fit, with no criminal record, and with Hong Kong residency or relevant work visa.
Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to clearly fill out reports and communicate.
Applicants with relevant security experience will be given priority, those with a security personnel license (E-plate) will be given priority.
Clean and neat clothing, friendly attitude, sense of responsibility and alertness, and ability to adapt to shift work (including day and night shifts)
Understand basic computer operations and be able to use walkie-talkies, surveillance equipment, and other security-related tools.
