Part-time/ Full-time Assistant Activity Leader (Children's Activities)

Working range:
• Assist in hosting team training activities (including children's fitness exercises, games, online activities, etc.)
• Assist participants in understanding the activity rules, creating a lively atmosphere, maintaining order and safety • Sort and distribute supplies, decorate the venue, and clean up • Work location (Siu Sai Bay, school)
• Flexible working hours, you can arrange 2-5 days per week, working 3-8 hours each time

Entry Requirements:
• College degree or above, those with training experience are preferred
• Students (enrolled in sports, social work, counseling, psychology, health and fitness management or event planning related courses) with experience in leading activities will also be considered
• Priority will be given to those with good English skills and first aid certificates
• Good at leading activities, compassionate, and willing to communicate with children
• Passionate and friendly, hard-working and responsible, safety-conscious• Able to work on weekdays

Priority treatment:
• Hourly rate $55-$80 (depending on experience and performance)
• Regular on-the-job training (qualifications for various activities and leadership skills)

Promotion conditions:
• Entry as a probationary activity assistant, those who perform well can be formally promoted to activity assistant
• Through on-the-job training, sufficient working hours, and ideal performance, employees can be promoted to activity instructors
