Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies targeting European markets
Plan and execute B2B digital campaigns to generate qualified leads
Manage online channels including website, LinkedIn, email marketing, and paid advertising
Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase brand visibility in Europe
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the EU region
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven reports and insights
Support branding and product promotion activities for B2B clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B industries
Strong understanding of European markets and customer behavior
Experience working with or within EU sales departments is highly preferred
Proven track record in B2B lead generation and online campaign management
Familiar with digital tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms
Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are an advantage)
Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
