Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Accurately record customer order details and immediately send them to the kitchen to ensure appropriate order and timing of serving
Provide basic dining services, including serving tea and water, changing tableware, cleaning table scraps, and proactive service in accordance with the dining rhythm
Maintain the hall's cleanliness and sanitation standards, clean the tables, chairs, floor, and public areas regularly to ensure a comfortable and orderly environment
Assist with daily opening and closing operations, including preparing tableware, replenishing condiments and consumables, and cleaning up the environment

Work requirements

Have basic communication skills, and be able to greet customers of different ages and backgrounds with politeness and patience
Responsibility and team spirit, willing to start from basic services, and adapting to the high efficiency and high mobility of operations

Good physical condition, able to stand for long periods of time and perform light lifting such as dinner plates, material boxes, etc.

Preference will be given to those with basic catering service and floor experience, but newcomers who are stable, hard-working, and highly motivated to learn are also welcome.
Need to comply with shift work, be able to attend on weekends, holidays and peak hours, and demonstrate work stability and discipline
