Job Responsibilities

In-depth analysis of the customer's financial situation, risk tolerance, and long-term investment goals, and the development of a comprehensive and appropriate financial plan.
According to individual customer needs, provide tailor-made financial solutions, covering asset allocation, retirement planning, insurance arrangements and tax strategies, etc.
Continuously track financial market trends and economic changes, adjust investment portfolios and financial advice in a timely manner, and ensure customer asset preservation and appreciation.
Regularly meet with customers face-to-face or online, provide detailed reports on investment performance and account status, and answer related questions.
Establish and maintain high-quality customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote long-term cooperation and referral opportunities.

Work requirements

Have a bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, accounting or related fields, with a master's degree being particularly desirable.
Having a cumulative five years of financial advisor or wealth management related work experience, with actual performance in serving high net worth clients.
Preference will be given to those with CFP, CFA, AFP or other relevant professional financial qualifications, and they will be required to continue completing the professional education and training required for their practice.
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills and listening ability, be able to clearly communicate complex financial concepts and win customer trust.
