Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate education assistant to help children make academic progress. You will work with students in a tutoring session, completing homework, reviewing and memorizing lessons, and preparing for tests, providing support and encouragement on their learning journey.
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide elementary school students to complete their daily homework.
- Assist students in reviewing their schoolwork, preparing for dictation, quizzes, and exams.
- Provide individual counseling and adjust teaching methods according to students’ needs.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging students to take an active role in their learning.
- Communicate with parents, provide students’ learning progress and suggestions.
Requirements:
Education: Need to have a university degree or currently enrolled in an education-related course.
Experience: Those with relevant teaching experience are given priority.
Skills:
- Patient, able to understand and support students with different learning styles.
- Creative, able to design fun teaching activities.
- Caring, and passionate about helping children grow up.
- Have basic computer skills to use teaching resources.
Working hours:
-Monday to Friday, 3:30 to 6:30, adjusted according to school dismissal time.
