Job Description

1. Company Description

2. Job Responsibilities (Customer Service Training & QA Specialist)

  1. Maintain close communication with the game project team (planning, operation, development), timely obtain information such as version updates, activity launches, bug fixes, etc., and convert them into a language and process that customer service teams are easy to understand and execute.
  2. Collect and feed back common and complex problems encountered by the customer service team, and push for optimization of product experience from the source.
  3. Responsible for building, writing, maintaining and optimizing the customer service knowledge base (FAQ, game manuals, handling processes).
  4. Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) for new features, activities, etc., and push them forward for implementation.
  5. Prepare training materials (PPT, documents, videos, etc.), provide onboarding training and regular refresher courses for newcomers.
  6. Establish and implement a customer service quality inspection system, through random checks on dialogue records, work order responses, etc., and propose improvement suggestions.
  7. In response to major operational events or sudden situations, we can quickly respond and develop emergency scripts.
  8. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

  3. Build and maintain a comprehensive customer service knowledge base (e.g., FAQ, manuals, procedures).
  4. Create standard operating procedures (SOP) for new features/events and ensure execution.
  5. Prepare training materials (PPT, documents, videos) for onboarding and ongoing team development.
  6. Implement and execute QA systems, including audits of chat logs and tickets, providing individual improvement suggestions.
  7. Respond quickly during major operational events, crafting emergency communication templates.
  8. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

3. Position requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of game customer service experience.
  2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
  3. Deep game players, with in-depth understanding and passion for at least one type of game, able to quickly familiarize themselves with the company's products.
  4. Excellent communication, coordination and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  5. Excellent writing skills, able to write SOPs and business documents.
  6. Have logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Active and proactive, with a sense of responsibility and stress resistance.
  8. Applicants with customer service training, quality control or knowledge base management experience are preferred.
  9. Self-issued visa, good English, salary range HKD 20-30K.]
  10. Hong Kong-based Filipinos with game customer service experience are also welcome to apply.

  2. Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
  3. Passionate gamer with deep understanding of at least one game genre; quick learner of internal games is a plus.
  4. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  5. Strong writing ability, capable of drafting SOPs and business documents.
  6. Logical, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
  7. Proactive, highly responsible, and stress-resilient.
  8. Experience in customer service training, QA, or knowledge base management is preferred.
  9. Must have valid visa, fluent in English; salary range HKD 20–30K.
