Job Duties:
-Order processing, Order management and follow up with new and existing customers
-Process sales orders, replenishment and returns and follow up with logistics team on daily delivery arrangement
-Handle customer enquiries, maintain good relationship with customers, and ensure customer satifsfaction
-Support to Sales team & implement promotion
-Assist in other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
-F.5/DSE or above
-At least 2-3 years relevant experience in sales administration
-Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
-Proficiency in Ms Office, including WORD, EXCEL and Chinese Word Processing
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Good telephone manner, well-organized and detail minded
-Willing to learn and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-Immediately available is preferred
