Job Responsibilities

• Record each call's content and customer feedback, ensuring accurate data is updated in the internal system
• Continuously learning the latest financial product information from the company, and improving professional introduction skills

Work requirements

• Have basic Cantonese communication skills, clear pronunciation, and fluent expression
• Applicants with experience in telemarketing or customer service are preferred, but those with no experience but willing to learn will be accepted
