it operations and maintenance position

Working location:

HK45: near the Kui Sing MTR station

Duties:

Responsibility One:Data Center Operations Execution - Complete various data center maintenance tasks according to the standard operating procedure manual and ensure SLA.
Work tasks:
Complete on-site operations work according to work orders and business needs.
Responsibility two:Server failure handling and vendor collaborative maintenance - responsible for IDC internal server failure handling, following up with vendors for maintenance.
Work tasks:
Repair and maintain self-sustaining servers.
Responsibility three:
Work tasks:
Responsible for on-site network device configuration and maintenance.
Responsibility Four:
Work tasks:
Responsible for daily inspections within the IDC.

Requirements:
Educational background
● Educational requirements: Full-time diploma or above
●Professional requirements: Science and engineering majors

Work experience
●Working years: 1 year of IDC on-site maintenance experience

Skill requirements
● Familiar with the common brands of servers, common network devices, optical modules, and optical fibers in data centers;
●Able to quickly judge system, hardware, network, etc. abnormal faults, good at flexibility and solving problems.

Comprehensive quality
● Communication skills: Clear speech, smooth expression, and logical thinking
●Collaboration skills: Have good cross-department and team collaboration skills
●Management skills: those with management team experience are preferred
