Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and publishing center communications and promotional materials

• Responsible for planning social and recreational activities, including tea gatherings and local travel, and occasionally need to work outside.

• Answering phone inquiries, basic administrative and support unit daily operations

• Execute assigned tasks by the supervisor and the executive committee

Requirements:

• Secondary School Entrance Examination or New High School Diploma equivalent academic qualifications

• Familiarity with computer software and mobile communications (such as Chinese and English computer input method)

• Outgoing and mature personality, group cooperation spirit, and willingness to communicate with the elderly

• Preference will be given to those with experience in rehabilitation or elderly care services,

• Preference will be given to those who are familiar with Adobe Illustrator

• Welcome DSE graduates or social work students to apply
