## Responsibilities

2. **Assist customers with placing orders (order support)
- Introduce the menu, assist customers in confirming their meal choices
- Assist with ordering

3. **Tableside service and food delivery**
- Serve food in the order it is prepared and deliver it accurately to the designated table
- Assist with basic table service (e.g., utensil replenishment, refilling water, simple cleanup)
- Ensure food is served quickly and accurately, avoiding missed orders/incorrect delivery

4. **On-site order and service quality**
- Maintain the outdoor area clean and the desktop in good condition
- Observe customer needs and respond in a timely manner, and report to the supervisor for coordination if necessary

5. **Communication and coordination**
- Keep instant communication with the in-house (kitchen/dining) to ensure the process does not get stuck
- Confirm with the supervisor the daily allocation of human resources/table numbers and work division

6. **Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor**
- For example: Environmental cleaning before work, supplies replenishment, handover items, etc.

1. **Service and communication skills**
- Polite and patient, willing to interact with guests
- Able to clearly understand customer needs and assist with order processing (not afraid to ask, not afraid to say)

3. **Experience bonus**
- Priority will be given to those with experience in food and beverage outdoor service, food and beverage delivery assistance, and food and beverage ordering assistance
- No experience required: as long as you have a good attitude, are willing to learn, and are willing to get your hands dirty, we can arrange training

4. **Work environment adaptation**

- Holidays/night shifts are acceptable (depending on the restaurant's actual schedule)

5. **Basic character and attitude**
- Punctuality, obedience to on-site arrangements, and ability to withstand a busy pace
