Kitchen part-time job

Job Responsibilities

• Follow the company's standard operating procedures to accurately complete the preparation and delivery of various meals, ensuring food quality and hygiene meet the standards.

• Support kitchen positions with daily operations, including food washing, cutting and matching, cooking noodles, frying, coding and closing cleaning.

• Collaborate with the team during peak business hours to maintain serving efficiency and rhythm, and adapt to different positions’ temporary reassignment needs.

• Follow food safety and personal hygiene rules, properly store and use kitchen tools and equipment, and help maintain a clean and orderly overall work environment.

• Participate in rotating shifts of early, noon, evening or night, with a daily work schedule of 4 to 8 hours, the exact time can be negotiated according to personal circumstances.

Work requirements

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, understand Mandarin is better, and clearly understand kitchen instructions and collaborate with colleagues.

• Have basic physical and endurance, able to stand for long periods of time and be able to handle moderate lifting and repetitive tasks.

• Punctual and reliable, strong sense of responsibility, proactive learning, and obedient to arrangements, and able to maintain stable performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Must hold a Hong Kong permanent resident identity, dependent visa, top talent pass program (TTPS), quality migrant admission scheme (QMAS), non-local graduate Hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG) or other legal work permit in Hong Kong.
