Job Description

key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth daily functioning of the office, maintaining a professional and productive environment.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external communications, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Monitor office supply levels, and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Collaborate with HR to facilitate staff onboarding, coordinate seating plans, and manage employee records.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed
  • Administer office budgets, Organise and manage schedules for meetings, appointments.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel plans and logistical support for team members.
  • Assist in implementing new office systems, including IT, telecoms and data management.
  • Ensure office equipment is well-maintained, policies are updated regularly, and health and safety standards are strictly followed.

Skills and Qualifactions

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Execellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other office management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Familarity with basic accounting and budgeting procedures.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
