Job Description

Training on HR aspects (Employment Ordinance/ MPF)
Exposure to diverse industries (Govt & Commercial)
Competitive salary & benefits; 15+ days leave

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through online job boards, social media, and other channels
Post job openings on relevant job boards
Screen resumes and applications
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications
Manage the onboarding process of new hires
Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met
Track project costs and negotiate with vendors when necessary
Maintain accurate records of all projects, staff, and costs involved

What we are looking for ?

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years’ professional work experience in any sectors (mass recruitment / project management will be a plus)
Less experience will also be considered
Good communication skills
A team player who enjoys meeting people, reaching sales goals and works well in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
