Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for business reception of visiting customers, including guiding negotiations, introducing product highlights, displaying and explaining samples, accurately understanding customer needs, and selling products.
Organize and archive customer information, sales receipts and order contracts, and assist the sales team in participating in customer relationship maintenance work.
Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor or boss.

Work requirements

Understand basic warehouse management and logistics operations, have strong organizational and coordination skills, and be able to efficiently handle goods receipt and delivery and sudden problems.
Proficient in Office office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common warehouse management systems, detailed and serious work, strong sense of responsibility.
Have a certain stress resistance ability, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensure that work progresses in an orderly manner.
