Job Title: Bar Manager (Vacancy Number 39047)

Responsibilities: 1. Food and beverage preparation 2. Reception of guests 3. Taking orders from guests 4. Ordering and managing inventory 5. Cleaning the water bar and utensils 6. Billing and operating the cash register 7. Responsible for the daily operation of the water bar 8. Arrange manpower allocation and train employees

Working hours: 16:30-2:30 or 18:00-4:00 (including 1 hour for meals), working 9 hours a day, and rotating shifts.

Salary: $19,240 per month (not including overtime)

Entry Requirements: Secondary Five level, 5 years of relevant work experience, able to read and write general Chinese, general English reading and writing, general Cantonese conversation, English conversation.
