Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily sales work in the store, actively greet customers and provide professional product introduction and consultation services.
Sales range covers kitchen utensil accessories, grocery supplies, commercial refrigeration equipment, mechanical equipment and stainless steel products, etc. various goods.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, assist customers in completing the purchasing process, and enhance conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
Regularly organize and display goods to keep the store clean and orderly, ensuring that the display attracts customers' attention.

Work requirements

Have basic sales skills and service enthusiasm, be able to actively develop potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.
Applicants with basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, mechanical tools or hardware products are preferred, and those who are willing to learn about product knowledge are welcome.
Responsibility and team spirit, able to cooperate with shift work and follow company operating procedures.
Secondary school education or above, able to use basic computer operations to process orders or query data.
Applicants with relevant retail or in-store sales experience will be given priority, and those with no experience will be provided with on-the-job training.
